Mr John Bede Anthonio
Appointed as a non-Executive Director in June 2008. He is an architect and an alumnus of the Lagos Business School. He is a former Chief Executive of Lagos State Development and Property Corporation (LSDPC).
Mr Ayedun Fasina FCA – Managing Director/Chief Executive
Mr Ayedun Fasina
Appointed Managing Director/Chief Executive in May 2005.
He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School. He has over 18 years of banking experience majority of which was in executive positions before joining the company
Mr Ayodele Oluwasusi – Executive Director, Business Development
Mr Ayodele Oluwasusi
Appointed an Executive Director, Business Development in October 2008. He is an economist and an alumnus of Lagos Business School with over 16 years banking experience. Before joining the company, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Treasuremix Construction Ltd.
HRH Dr Musa Kabiru Ibrahim II – Non-Executive Director
HRH Dr Musa Kabiru Ibrahim II
Appointed as a non-Executive Director in 2012, he is a medical doctor by training and a first class Emir in Nassarawa State. He has a distinguished record of service both in the public and private sector and also a recipient of several awards for excellence and productivity.
His Royal Highness is currently the Chairman of Azara Traditional Council, the home of quality Barite mining in Nigeria.
Mr Arunsi Uduma – Non-Executive Director
Mr Arunsi Uduma
Appointed as a non-Executive Director in July 2011. He is a business consultant with expertise in developing small and medium scale enterprises, and currently serves on the board of Royal Trust Securities Limited.
Engr Donne Darku – Technical Director
Mr Donne Darku
Appointed as Technical Director in November 2011. He is a Mechanical Engineer, Graduate of University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana. Prior to joining Multiverse Mining and Exploration Plc , he had proven record of accomplishments while working with Tractor and Equipment Ghana Ltd, Mantrac Ghana Ltd, Gateway Holdings (Nigeria) Ltd and BCM International Ltd.
